Personal training at the Group Fitness is a great way your fitness & confidence back or for the more advanced, its a great way of pushing your limits whilst learning new training methods.

One to one training allows you the opportunity to ask questions in a private environment that is specifically about you and your goals.

Group Fitness personal trainers will give you one to one feedback, they will set you goals and they will help you achieve your objectives. 

Our Group Fitness personal trainers are fitness professionals involved in basically giving you an exercise prescription and instruction. 

They motivate members by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients what effectively is there client. They will also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. 

These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements are being measured. They may also educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines, as well as being there to support you along the way.
