Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates attacks the root of bad posture by toning littleused muscle groupes in the abdomen,torso, upper and lower back -whilst incorporating slow breathing techniques to energise the body.

Fitness Pilates movesare alsodesigned to work the muscles of the wholebody ( abdominals, lower back, thighs, buttocks, calves, arms and shoulders) and to gently lengthen them.

The result is a body that is properly aligned and at less risk of is a no impact class suitable for men and women of all ages, levels and abilities. Its a good way to relax and unwind and is also non-weight bearing so helps to prevent osteoporosis.
