Circuit 22

Circuit based ideas class. 22 Minutes with 8 exercises. 10 repetitions on each exercise. 8 times through with 22 minutes to do it. This will be a popular addition to our timetable. The exercises will be changed every 8 weeks. The idea being to progress the exercises during the 8 weeks, so each individual benefits from the class from where they started from.
